“I’d like to compliment you on your service department, both on the phone and the technicians that came to my house to assist me. On Saturday, 12/18/10 I noticed my heater was not performing properly and contacted your office. It was in the 20’s outside, but in my house it felt much colder. Your technician, Vinnie L., arrived and immediately diagnosed the problem. He made several calls and attempted to locate the parts that he would need to make the repairs. When this was unsuccessful, he was able to make a temporary fix so that I could heat the house until parts arrived. The next day, another Horizon technician arrived with all the parts needed and, within a very short time, had my heater back up and running properly. I can truly tell you that both men were extremely pleasant and professional and obviously knew their profession. I have had various technicians from Horizon at my residence over the years, and at all times have been treated professionally and courteously. I’m sure this is a company goal and tradition and wanted you to know that they have held their end of the bargain. Thank you for your quick attention to my emergency. This is the second time we have employed Horizon Services for repairs needed for our home, and again, the experience, was nothing short of fantastic. From my first contact with Nicole in your customer service center, I knew I was in good hands. She handled my call with grace and empathy, and I am very thankful. Today, my technician was a very nice gentleman by the name of Tim K. He was dressed appropriately, with shoe covers and a smile. While having a pipe leaking in your home is a hassle, Tim was very diligent in diagnosing the problem, and took the time to hear my concerns about the issue. It was obvious Tim knew exactly what he was doing, as he diagnosed the leak within 5 minutes, and I was very thankful that he wasn’t trying to do a “quick fix”, but wanted to get the job done right. That is truly appreciated. These days, in my opinion, finding a reputable company you can trust is not easy. When Tim mentioned that you were looking to hire in this troubled economy, I was not at all surprised. “I am a new plumbing customer to Horizon and have to say I was very impressed with not only the customer service and how the appointment was handled, but also with the technician that was dispatched to my home to install some new plumbing, Kevin O. He was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Unfortunately, I did have to call Horizon back the same evening because there was a leak after the new parts were installed in the upstairs bathroom, but I guess things do happen. I called later that night around 8:00 p.m. and someone was immediately dispatched to my home and the problem was solved….just needed a little more soldering. But, again I really appreciated the way the call was handled and how Horizon saw to it that the job was done right and I was happy. I was satisfied with the work that was done and certainly plan to call on Horizon again.”

“Just a note to acknowledge the two technicians who made calls to our home recently. Both Hai and Tim were very professional and efficient in the work that they did for us. They knew what they were doing and completed the work promptly. Hai thoroughly cleaned the heater/air conditioner electrostatic filter and left a temporary one to use until the clean one dried. Tim had to move a heavy furniture item by himself because I am unable to help and he put it back in place when he was finished. I appreciate their work.”
