“I am writing this note to commend Horizon on all their high quality customer service. About one year ago I had a horrible experience with one of your competitors with a heating issue at a rental house. I had to desperately find another company to solve the issue. I called Horizon and they sent Brad out on Black Friday in November and the problem was solved that very day when the competitor couldn’t complete the job in a week. I was so pleased with Horizon that I signed up for the service plan without hesitation.
This year at the same house a part on the heater was knocked loose by a tenant and Ryan came out from Horizon to get the job done quickly. Just last week I had plumbing issues on my home and had over 3 inches of water in my entire basement. I quickly called Horizon and a plumber was at my house within 2-3 hours at 9pm. Ryan was sent to my house and was able to get the water out that night and replace the sump pump the very next morning. The job was done quickly and efficiently with Ryan and his helper there.
After this issue, I signed up for the service plan on this home without second guessing it. That same week I couldn’t seem to figure out why my upstairs radiators didn’t work properly. I was all worried and thought it could be something major. Again I called Horizon and they were there that same day that I called. They sent out Jeff; he asked a few questions and had the problem solved. It turned out to be very minor and I was so relieved. All the technicians couldn’t have been nicer and were very honest and helpful. Please give them recognition for a job well done and let them know much they are appreciated. I feel assured that if a problem occurs with heating, plumbing, or air conditioning — Horizon is the company to call. Thank you so much!”

“Just wanted to say thanks again to Brian and Todd who installed a new heating/cooling system at my home on Friday July 16th. What incredibly nice, young men!! They worked non-stop in that horrible heat, answered all of my questions, put up with my obnoxious dog, and left the yard and basement neat and tidy. You should be very pleased to have them both as employees. Everything is working fine, despite a power failure 11 hours after the system was up and running!!!!!"

His name is Steve, and he was one of the most knowledgeable, courteous, hardworking guys I have seen. He took the time to go get parts and do a task that was unusual and required some thought. He also made sure the area was clean before leaving and that I was totally happy with the job. He made sure it was done in a timely and precise fashion too. His attention to detail was amazing…and absolute perfectionist. You have a great asset in Steve and I hope to do more business in the future with Horizon.”

Steve and Jeff were sent to us to install a new sump pump, crock, and drain line as the original drain in our basement stairwell had not been done properly by our builders, causing flooding in our basement during heavy rain. They worked tirelessly during our record-breaking heat yesterday, breaking through concrete, intalling the new drainage system, then pouring new concrete outside on the landing and in our basement. As our basement is finished living space, we also appreciated their attention to detail in cleaning up all the debris caused by the repair work. They were courteous and professional and we appreciated their hard work under such strenuous conditions yesterday. Thank you for a job well-done.”

“This morning, two technicians visited my home in response to a problem we’re experiencing with a strong sewer odor in the powder room. While the problem unfortunately appears to be with the plumbing design that (hopefully) is covered under our home warranty, I want to pass along my feedback about the service I received. You are the second company we have had out to diagnose the problem and the first one to identify a problem with the second floor toilet drawing water from the first floor. The technicians were extremely courteous and informative. As a result of the information provided, we will have the township inspector out to verify if our home was built to code. I appreciate that we were not charged a couple of hundred dollars for the visit (as we were yesterday by another company) and that the technicians took the time to identify a problem. I will not hesitate to recommend Horizon to friends and neighbors, and we will absolutely contact you for future plumbing or heating matters. Thank you for providing the service you advertise.”

“I’m speechless!! In a good, great way. I called you on a Sunday afternoon around 3:15for an emergency service request for my Havertown, PA home, and your man was there working at my house at about 5:30. On a cold Sunday afternoon!!
Wait, it gets better. I called you from my home in Tallahassee, Florida. My brother from Langhorne, PA was checking on my house in Havertown and found that the furnace had shut itself off, and when restarted, would smoke-up the basement and shut off again. He needed to get back to his wife and daughters in Langhorne, and I’m nearly a thousand miles away, so we needed help quickly. You see, I’m coming up there in about a week for an extended stay, as I look after my 96-year-old aunt out in Media. I live and operate out of that Havertown house when I’m in Pennsylvania.
HORIZON SERVICES responded so quickly and professionally that I can hardly believe it all happened so wonderfully. On a chilly Sunday afternoon, no less!! To sum up:
- Your technician got my furnace back in stable running condition for my heat and hot water.
- He made recommendations (to my brother) about scheduling the more thorough follow-up service.
- I purchased your annual service contract.
- 4. I am now a HORIZON customer/client FOR LIFE!!
- 5. My brother from Langhorne intends to become a HORIZON customer FOR LIFE!!
- 6. I intend to brag about you to many friends and neighbors in Delaware County.

“Your service man, Steve, came to my house as the blizzard was winding down on Thursday, Feb. 11. He got his truck stuck 3 times on the city streets and called each time to let me know why he had been delayed. Steve was professional, articulate and knowledgeable about the service and product. He explained every thing clearly and thoroughly, and was more than tolerant of my obnoxious dog. You should clone this man. I was more than happy with the service I received. From the time I placed my initial call to the time Steve completed the job only about 4 ½ hours had passed. Truly amazing, considering the weather conditions.”

He proceeded to put on his protective covering on his shoes and I showed him when the unit was. He was very professional and courteous, after he was finished he explained what he did and left the area clean.
