• On the entry form below, we ask you to answer TEN Thanksgiving trivia questions.  Don’t know the answers? No problem! They aren’t super-difficult; so chances are if you don’t know the answer, your friends, family and co-workers do.  You can also find the answers with a simple Google search. And to make it even easier, we have hidden the answers on a page somewhere on our website. Even if you don’t have a clue, you can find the answers with some simple searching.  It’s almost impossible not to answer correctly!

• Enter your answers on the form below. Also include your name, address, daytime phone number and email address. Submit your answers and contact information by 11:59 PM on  November 30, 2009 to be entered. It’s that easy!

• We ‘ll select ONE winner from all entries received with the correct answers to receive a FREE Lennox natural gas furnace (Value: $5006)*.

Prize includes delivery and installation; it doesn’t include modification of existing system or ductwork, code violations or upgrades. Horizon Services, Inc. will perform an In-Home Energy Analysis to determine the correct heater for the homeowner’s comfort and the home’s physical requirements. In the event that the winner’s home requires a furnace of greater capacity, the value of the 70,000 BTUH system will be applied to the upgraded cost. Purchase must be made from Horizon Services, Inc.; Horizon will not refund money or write a check in lieu of installing the natural gas heater.
