Rules and Regulations

Beginning March 1, 2013, and continuing until March 31, 2013, Horizon Services, Inc. will give away a $250 Visa Card to one lucky individual who participates in Horizon’s “Luck of the Insider" contest.

Entrants are to fill out the web form listed above. Horizon Services will randomly select one grand prize winner from all entries to win a “$250 Visa Card”.

No purchase necessary to enter.
Entrants must be a member of Horizon’s Horizon Insider member list. There is no cost in becoming a Horizon Insider member; members can cancel their membership at any time or for any reason. If not already a Horizon Insider, entrant’s contest entry form will automatically enroll the entrant as a new Horizon Insider.
Contest is open to legal residents of Delaware, Southeastern Pennsylvania, Gloucester, Camden and Burlington County New Jersey, and Northeastern Maryland 21 years of age or older, who own their own home. Must be a legal U.S. citizen.
Limited to one submission per entrant. Multiple entries will not be considered.
Deadline for entry: March 31, 2013, at 11:59 PM. Winner will be selected on or before April 12, 2013. Winners will be notified by phone or email.
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Prize is non-transferable. No substitution of prize or exchange for cash. Limit one prize from Horizon Services, Inc. per family or household.
Winner must present proper identification in person to claim their prize. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and liability release form or else prize is void or will be awarded to an alternate winner, at Horizon Service’s option.
Winner consents to the use of his or her name/likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
Decision of Horizon Services, Inc. will be final in all respects regarding the awarding of prizes. Horizon Services, Inc. reserves the right to refuse award of prize in the event of non-compliance with the contest’s rules, fraud, misrepresentation, or counterfeit, illegible or altered identification. Failure to comply with contest rules may result in the awarding of prize to an alternate winner, at Horizon Services’ option.
Grand Prize: Horizon Services will provide 1 $250 Visa Card!
Horizon Services, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize if original prize is unavailable.
Horizon Services, Inc. reserves the right to change the rules or discontinue the contest at any time without prior notice.
Winners are limited to one prize win per calendar year.
Employees of Horizon Services, Inc., their immediate families and their business partners, suppliers, affiliates, agents and subsidiaries are not eligible.
