Horizon improves upon its 7th place showing in 2008 to rank second on the 2009 Best in the Business list for medium-size companies (76-240 employees). The annual list of best companies to work for in the state of Delaware was announced in the August 2, 2009 issue of the Wilmington News Journal. In addition to the listing of award winners, the issue included profile articles of both Horizon Services and its vice-president, Mark Aitken.
