The technician had been here before on a heating check up and i was familiar with him. The check up seemed thorough and he explained all of the points that were covered as well as pointing out 2 areas of concern for possible part replacement. He did not ‘push’ for the replacement as being immediately necessary to avoid system failure, which I appreciated.
