Gosh I am so ultra-impressed! I am not just saying this but Horizon and its employees are great. Anyone in their right mind would not choose anyone else to do work in their home. They are prompt, informative, clean cut, understanding to your problems, use shoe covers and you can understand what they are talking about. I have used them for years and will continue to do so. Nick Birtch was great dealing with my A/C system. I would welcome him back in my home anytime. THANKS HORIZON.
Received call to schedule our AC- PM. Received a call before arrival of service person within the time 12-4pm. Service person was on-time, very courteous and knowledgeable of our AC unit and previous service work. Advised AC unit was in good working order, and recommended other products.
We had a repair schedule for this afternoon and the office called to confirm. When I got home 30 minutes later (since the work was outside the house) Kevin was already done the work and had the paperwork just ready for me to sign. This is the second time he came out (first time was the consult). Not having to wait for work to be done or paperwork to be done and just signing when I got home was GREAT!! Give that boy a raise.
