For starters, the professionalism with which my initial phone call was handled was very impressive. Although we did not have an emergency situation, Horizon still was able to send a tech to our home on the same day of my call. The tech arrived as scheduled and when he discovered that our problem was something that could not be handled by Horizon, gave us some suggestions and told us there would be no charge for the service call. We really appreciated that (seems so rare these days), and would absolutely call Horizon for other services.
When I called, I received cautious attention from a professional operator who arranged to have an operator sent to my home at a time that I would be there. I was surprised to find out that there were no hidden charges even for a Sunday appointment. The technician was skilled and treated me with respect. What I did not expect was the free camera check of my drain the next week to be sure that the problem was taken care of properly. Yes, I would recommend them to a friend.

Isaac was the friendliest, cleanest and most professional plumber we have had in 28 years of ownership of a 55 year old house. I would have him come back at any time He explained everything that made complete sense. I come from 2 generations of plumbers and have done quite a bit myself. If the rest of the staff is this excellent I will go forward and highly recommend them.
Sadly for us we have to go to the next level of pipework since our lines are so bad. We have a history of plumbing problems in the whole house. But I trust Horizon and believe we will be in better shape than we have ever been.
