Bad luck came over and bit me in the butt again. On Thursday 06-28-12, a Phoenixville code enforcer knocked on my door and said that my vent line was draining on to my pavement and down the street. Well, when he threatened fines I got on the phone right away and called you guys. About 2 hours later Jamel showed up and cleared the line for me licking-split saving the day! We were both shocked to see the snake pull out a pair of my wifes socks that my kids were nice enough to flush down the toilet.
I would absolutely recommend Jamel from Horizon Services. He was kind, corteous, punctual and did a great job. Give that man a raise!
I don’t really understand why the warranty wasn’t good since you guys were just here about a month ago but like I said sometimes I just have the worst luck.

Just got the front drain snaked and the drain technician Jeff Arnold was great! He got here when he said he would and was very proffesional and made me feel very comfortable! My drains are no longer clogged and it wasnt that expensive either . I highly recomend Horizon!
