I had a blocked pipe and it was backing up into my basement. I called Horizon and from the person who answered the phont to the technician (Dante M.), were extremely courteous and helpfull. Thanks for everything.
Got home from work and noticed signs of blocked drain. Called Horizon to see if they would meet all they claim in their adds. Once I got a response the follow-ups and organization was superb. Gave me a 4-hour window for that evening and kept to it. It was getting late in the evening when Jeff the technician arrived, he was courteous, polite and efficient. He waited patiently while my watched the end of Olympic final of the beach volleyball, before unblocking the drain quickly and cleanly. Feel like we got service beyond the $99 we paid.
Jeff Arnold did a great job coming out to help us take care of out drain issues LATE AT NIGHT. It was nice that it only cost $99. I hope that Jeff gets the recognition that he deserves. Thanks!
We had a clogged bathtub drain. The Horizon tech. came first thing in the morning as promissed. He worked hard to get the job done, which he did. He was very friendly to me and my family. I would use them again without thinking twice!!
