WOW! We called Horizon when one of our bathroom sinks backed up. We already have a service contract with Horizon for our heating and air conditioning equipment, so we knew about their great service. However, this drain turned out to be a real challenge! Our first technician spent several hours trying to clear the drain, but without success. So, Horizon sent out a drain specialist later ON THE SAME DAY, and after another several hours – SUCCESS!! And the BEST PART…They STILL charged us only $99 – TOTAL!! This is what I call incredible service for an amazing price! Thanks so much, Horizon – for coming through again!!
We called Horizon because I heard their ad on radio when our drain was clogged. Other plumbers that were referred to us did not even have proper equipment. John came about 1/2 hour early which was wonderful and got right to the problem promptly and fixed it. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend using Horizon.
Horizon was very professional and recommended preventative measures. Will definitely use again. Considering improvements/replacement of current older system and will call Horizon to do work. Thank you!
Sunday night our kitchen sink clogged to the point the water would not drain at all, no matter how much plunging we did. I called Horizon because they replaced our water main previously and totally impressed us with their service. I called around 7:30 to see if there was any chance of a Monday service call. The lady I spoke with was very nice and helpful. She took all my information and said the on call service would call me back. Within minutes, he returned my call and scheduled an appointment for Monday. When our service man, Anthony Chonofsky got here, he was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He had the drain unclogged in no time and took the time to give suggestions and answer questions. We would trust Horizon and request Anthony for any future problems we might have. Thank you Horizon for being the great company you are.
