We had an issue with our heater not coming on. From the initial phone call into Horizon, scheduling and actual arrival of tech, the experience was excellent. Our service technician, Wick, was the most professional, engaging and knowledgeable technician we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I will never consider using anyone other then Horizon for our home plumbing, heating and air conditioning services and specifically, I will be asking for Wick!
Because I was working my Dad was present at the maintenance on my heater. He felt that Mr. Buehler was very thorough and very knowledgeable of the heater and its maintenance.
Had the furnace and air conditioner checked this morning by JCC. Fantastic service. Timely, knowledgeable, pleasant, hair like an angel. Talked me into a new filter to help prevent dust and allergies. Second time I’ve had Horizon here and I’d highly recommend them.

Mark the technician was very professional and knowledgable and took the time to explain everything he did for the heating & ac maintenance, what I should be doing regularly, and encouraged questions. Called to have heating & ac inspected. Everything from scheduling appt to actual arrival of tech was outstanding. HVAC tech Mike F. Not only showed up on-time, but was early. He was very thorough and efficient, as well as patient, and explained each and everything that he was doing and did. He even verified there were no leaks and also no carbon monoxide. He inspected both the HVAC and the ac. Not only was he courteous and polite, but very respectful of me and my home. Horizon has won my loyal business.
We just had our gas hot water heater replaced by Horizon. Through our tech’s (MSV) thorough inspection, he found that we had a problem with a gas line and our old heater could have blown. He shut it off immediately (we had hot water left in the tank) due to safety concerns and was there the next day with our new heater and also someone to replace the chimney liner. He corrected the gas line and installed the new heater. He did an excellent job. I would recommend MSV and Horizon.
Donald the service tech was very professional and quite willing to explain what he was doing and make recommendatins for improvements. He left print out showing the efficiency of my heater.
