We decided to try Horizon for our annual service on our heater because we were tired of trying to chase down the previous company we used and begging them to come out. Your service remains flawless! Your technicians are punctual, courteous and very informative. They never leave a mess! Even when they installed the new unit! You do service right! We have had Mike service our unit and I couldn’t ask for a nicer, customer service oriented person!
Today’s visit was a yearly check of my heating system. John Long did a fantastic job, answered all of my questions, and was very courteous. I am hopeful that he will be assigned for next year’s check!
Lou arrived early, quickly found the minor problem with my unit and explained thoroughly what to look for and how to correct if it should occur again. He was straightforward and didn’t recommend unnecessary do-dads.
We had our gas furnace, air conditioner and water heater replaced by Horizon. They also lined our chimney due to the upgrade in our gas furnace. I had several quotes on the job, and Horizon was in the middle. They identified problem spots before the job began, and had suggested fixes before the contract was signed. From the estimator/salesman (Mike) to politely persistent office sales (Alan?) to the the installation crew (BB, VM and CR) everyone was knowledgeable and professional. They showed up earlier than expected, at one point had six trucks out at our house, and stayed until the job was done to our satisfaction. Very clean job, very professional. Whereas I probably could have paid less elsewhere, the size of our job, the materials used, services provided, and the quality work I expected, dictated the cost. We are very pleased so far with the installation.
The replacement of our home heater was accomplished quickly and in a professional manner. Both technicians were courteous and explained everything I needed to know on operations and maintenance.
