You guys rock! Each time I call you I get immediate response. Your staff are always available within a day. More often than not, you offer same day service. Your service representative was here when you said he would be. He looked at the heater. Found the problem. Fixed it. Then waited to make sure each radiator in the house worked. He also pointed out some potential problems, and gave me an exact cost to fix the issues. I can’t say enough good things about Horizon. I wish all service companies could have the same commitment to quality service.
James and David did a fine job on the Heater/AC/Humidifier installation. They worked from about 7:45 AM to about 6:00 PM. They solved on the spot items like a cold air return leak that was almost inaccessible, it took some extra work to get adequate access to “foam” it closed. All in all it was a professional job. The equipment seems to be operating normally and is a quieter system since it has a two stage blower/heater. Since it is winter, full checkout of the AC was not possible, it was powered on. The Prestige 2.0 IAQ thermostat and remote thermal sensor is holding the two rooms where the sensors are located within 2F. Thanks James and David.
Geoff Ward came out to do our regular heater maintenance. He was professional and polite. He spent a very long time checking the entire system. He explained everything to me as he went along. He cleaned the system thoroughly and showed me how the heater was doing, what to expect in the future, etc. I would definitely recommend Horizon as well as Geoff in particular.
Tim came out on a Sunday. He was here maybe 5 minutes fixing the problem (needed new batteries in sensor). He sat with us about 10 more minutes asking us all kinds of questions. He gave us a lot of info on other services Horizon has. We said something about the roof and he recommended PJ Fitzpatrickand and some of their services (we had a PJ consultant out just last night) saying they are a sister company. He opened a few doors for us. We are new to home ownership (7 years), knew we trusted your company from the great job that was done for us after having an energy audit, and welcomed his info for future jobs that will need to be handled. Not only was he the technician you would want to have working for you, he had great people skills. Thanks!
My technician Ryan Kilpatrick was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did the work quickly and explained everything that needed to be done. He also took the time to install a new thermostat.
