Your technician Brandon Gotro came to our home for a heating/cooling system check up and found that the system was a fire hazard and completely installed incorrectly by a competitor of Horizon. The system was so dangerous that Horizon recommended it be shut off electrically and that it not be used until replaced. The technician Brandon was completely thorough in his inspection and took all the time necessary to explain the situation. I recommend Horizon to anyone based on this experience.
