I had a contract with someone else and they couldn’t even replace the filter for the heater with the right size (they did this not once but, twice) I liked the fact that Chris took the time to explain to me what he did and what he recommended. I had a triple-play (heater, air conditioner and hot water heater). It was a big job. I thought it was a little pricey, but you really do get what you pay for. All done in one day!! I could not be more pleased. 10 hours – 3 workers who did not stop for “breaks” – they just kept going. They were friendly, polite – they explained what they were doing at every step of the way. I have used this company over several years for routine maintenance, but this was a really big job. I give them an A+ and highly recommend their services.
