Horizon replaced our 16 year old HVAC system the day after its purchase. The crew of three, that include John and Dimitri along with an unexpected trainee, arrived shortly after scheduled and worked 10 hours on removing, replacing and testing our new HVAC system. This work included a few minor fixes offered by Kevin, our salesman and requested by me. I do not suggest agreeing to allow the crew to play music, as it adds to the considerable work noise. The testing of the new system did not report to us that the fan unit needed to be replaced to stop vibration at the furnace and ducts, that was transferred to floor joist supports in the family room. Ronald with Horizon warranty service confirmed this repair the next morning and ordered a replacement fan unit.
TS & MP were at my house EARLIER than I was told..this is great because my issue was with a “deceased” heat pump and the temperature was hovering (outside) in the high 80s, low 90s. Inside the house it was a sauna (my home is extremely well insulated). They began work roughly about the time I was informed they’d be at my door and they finished, tested the system and left well within tolerable limits (tolerable because now the AC was crankin’). Horizon Services and their staff are honest, experienced, professional and punctual to the Nth degree. I actually had no qualms about leaving them in my home working while I travelled an hour to pick up my wife at the dialysis center. THAT, MY FRIEND, IS AN ENDORSEMENT OF THE FIRST ORDER. My trust in tradesmen working inside my house is usually non-existant and if I have to turn my back on them, I worry until I count the silverware. Not with your staff. You’ve brought a modicum of trust back to this “Old Head”. Thanks to you and your representatives from the salesperson to the servicemen. TOP NOTCH!!

Salesman was professional but be wary of salesman pushing for a decision on the spot and special discounts that only apply for that day. Do your research and comparative homework. Horizon, you have a lot to offer, so no need to push it. Give us some fair breathing room. Otherwise, experience was overall very good and installation was great. Thank you.
I recently purchased my home and responded to a letter and mailer for a tune-up on my a/c and heater. I had all kinds of questions and CWM answered them all. He was very knowledgeable and gave me easy to understand tips to make my system run more efficiently.
Just had my Boiler replaced along with a new hot water heater. The team from Horizon arrived on time and went right to work. The whole crew was knowlegable, Helpful, and very respectful. After everything was installed they took the time to show me how everything works. The experience was totally awesome. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.
