I needed to have my 50+ Orangeburg pipe sewer main replaced after a section of failed.
The technicians Joe and Chris were promptly on the job as scheduled. They made all the necessary preparitions with the water company and county sewer. They prepared the excavation area with heavy duty plastic tarp and plywood to protect the lawn and making a neat job when covering up the ditch upon completion!
They were very professional on this job and took pride in doing the job correctly and safely! There is a bit of finesse involved in doing this type of work so as not to create unnecessary damage and these gentleman definitely have the skill and experience.
They did the work efficiently, timely, and with attention to detail, which of course is what the customer is expecting, but it doesn’t always happen.
When they completed the work they planted some grass seed and placed some gravel at the sidewalk and the rest of the surrounding area looked just as it did before the digging began!
Everything went very smoothly because of the perfectly laid out job!

My wife and son smelled gas shortly after a new oven was installed so I called horizon and about a half hour later Steve arrived and checked things out and determined that a gas shutoff valve had a slow leak and proceeded to replace it. the job was completed promptly and the kitchen was left like it was when he arrived.
