George Rogers did the required work in a thorough, timely, and overall professional manner. As you can see, I rated him 5 stars. With respect to price; while it seemed on the high side given the relatively short amount of time the repair took; I admittedly do not have a benchmark from which to compare.
I had a clogged sink that Jeff repaired for me. I was so surprised when I called to schedule the appointment and found that Jeff was nearby and could come over within the hour! The person who scheduled the appointment was very courteous. The serviceman Jeff was very professional and personable. I enjoyed talking with him while he worked and explained everything he was doing and where the problem was. He was able to fix the problem within the hour and left everything as clean as he found it. I was very impressed with him and Horizon and will definitely recommend them to other friends and neighbors. The price was also excellent and lower than the competition.

I have the service plan for heating, A/C and plumbing with Horizon. My technician was KAE. I needed plumbing work done and the garbage disposal replaced. KAE has been out to my home before and it was good to see him.
Horizon does a great job of communicating when the service person will be arriving. I love the fact they wear plastic covers over their work shoes whenever they enter the home. KAE is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, takes time to ask questions about the reason for the visit, looks at the problem, explains what he sees and the causes of the problem, reviews options for fixing the problem, and then completes the work in a timely and efficient manner. A trainee was with KAE, and he worked on the other plumbing issue and accomplished the task well with review by KAE before they concluded the appointment. They ensure everything is picked up and cleaned up before they exit the home. I feel safe with them in my home.

Your technician took the time to detail the work and options available to me without any B.S. Just straight forward talk. I know I could have gotten the work done for less but that often means less quality which I’m not interested in. You have a good business model.
