Great experience! I called late Thursday and explained about a leak in my water heater. We scheduled a Technician to be at the house first thing Friday morning for an estimate. Joe Valerio was there as scheduled by 8am. Joe explained my options and gave me estimates on what was to be done. I agreed and 2 hours later he had completed the job. The great thing is that they travel with replacement hot water heaters on their trucks. He did not have my exact hot water heater needed so he called another truck and within 30 minutes another tech came to the house and helped him bring the unit in. By then he had done the prep work and was ready for the unit. It was fast and efficient. He walked me through what he had done and gave me a lesson on the new water heater. Joe was very professional and a pleasure to work with. This was my first time using Horizon and I will look to use them again when needed.

Steve Bartos explained every step of the way he was to replace my water heater. He also found the solution to my leaky toilet. And replace the parts. He was professional and courteous and friendly. There was no mess for me to clean up. Would definitely recommend him. Thanks, Steve.
Anthony and Mike came in and did the work requested. They informed me of what they were planning on doing and so I knew what to expect of the finished piping. Very professional and now that the plumbing works, I can get back to my overdue chores.
