The service man (GWR) handle my plumbing concern with courtesy and professionalism. He came at the appointed time and I was very satisfied with his work. He also help me to understand the problem while informing me how to prevent it in the future.
The best shower I have ever had while living in this house – 30+ years! The service from the first call to the completed work was “over the top”. Everyone with whom I had contact was courteous and professional. Having the service completed the same day I called was certainly a plus and it only took 2 hours and it cost less than I expected. I had one of those great coupons left by my Horizon air conditioning employee a few weeks previously which saved me $67.50. Now the slippers – do they come in purple?
Each aspect of my service call was handled with courtesy and professionalism. The initial call, the scheduling, and the actual service were all top-notch. Jon completed the work quickly, and the price was very reasonable, especially considering it was a weekend. We’re completely satisfied and will contact Horizon for any future service needs.
