Had 2 techs to the house (Anthony Chonofsky and Jeff Arnold), one to clear the drain other to repair a pipe fitting under the kitchen sink. Both were very efficient and effective. More importantly both were very professional and respectful of me and my home. I will continue to speak highly of your services for I have had nothing but good experiences. The personel that have been to my house have been nothing short of spectacular. I am pleased to have reassurance that if something else were to go wrong, I will have someone reliable to assist with the repair. Thanks again to Jeff and Anthony, they were awesome during overwhelming times.

Roscoe was great. He called when he was 45 minutes away and then arrived on time. He did a great job and got rid of the clog in our bathroom sink drain. It is draining great now! He was very professional and efficient!
Horizon responded within several hours of my call to clear a sewer pipe clogged by tree roots. The technician explained everything step by step and was knowledgeable when I asked questions. Quite a deal for $99! (Although the hard sell probably follows when the camera technician comes to determine the condition of the pipes.)
Steve arrived promptly to replace the bathroom sink faucet. Although he expected this to be a quick and easy job he soon learned that the old faucets were so rusty that they needed to be cut/sawed (whatever) in order to remove them, so he patiently and expertly went about the job and 2-1/2 hours later we had a new faucet. The work area was left clean and the new faucet looks great. Steve did a great job. An added plus was that Steve likes dogs – very important. Unfortunately, one of them snapped at him as he was leaving, but Steve, who understands dogs, took it with a smile. This was our fifth experience with Horizon and we’ve always been pleased with the service. We’ll definitely use Horizon again in the future.
Had your two Techs(SHAUN AND RYAN) install an electric water heater as the one we had was showing its age 16+yrs.As always they did a very good job and left a cleansed area.However the next day I happened to go in the back room to check on a back up pump system and noticed the new water heater leaking,so I immediately called Horizon and told them what was going on. So they sent the same two techs who came out to install the water heater and upon inspection with both tech you could see where the pipe joint was welded it was leaking(sort of like a pin hole)Shaun proceeded to say they must have created a little pin hole or air bubble while they were welding the joints. Having said that they proceeded to correct the problem and within about 15-20 min. Problem was solved. I will still be a Horizon customer in the future.
Sean and Ryan did an excellent job. They quickly diagnosed the problem and explained in detail what would be done and how much it would cost prior to starting any work. They also asked if there was anything else I wanted to check while they were here. By checking and fixing the running toilet, I’m sure they saved me future water damage, and it is nice to have a quiet toilet again. Sean and Ryan were both very courteous and wore booties to prevent tracking in any dirt. They showed me their completed work and left the areas very clean. Thanks for a great job!

This is my second experience with Horizon and both were very pleasing. My last service call with your company was pleasant. Our service men, Rice and Nick were very pleasant, methodical and knowledgeable about our problem. They check out our situation and work a plan with the least amount of damage to our area. They planned and came up with a solution how to accomplish the work with not too much destruction. This was truly a professional job. Nick and Rick are very courteous and an asset to Horizon.
