Horizon returned our call within 30 minutes on Sunday morning and was on job by 12:30 that afternoon. Jeff was very professional and informative. Answered all questions.
Three and a half years ago, Horizon replace our sewer line to the street with a 5 year guaranteed on blockage. We had backups into the house on a regular basis before that. So the first time in a long time we had a serious backup problem. But Roscoe arrived late on a Sunday night, listened to the problem and knew right away what was wrong. He explained how the system worked and what signs to look for and was extremely nice. And everything was covered under warranty. I paid a lot of money for the line replacement back then but I’m glad I used Horizon because I probably would still have the problem if I used someone else. Have to love the service!
They honored their coupon which is rare today. He never tried to pressure or oversell. He was honest, professional, personable, and knew what he was doing. Most of all he fixed my problem and was a pleasure while doing it. I will not hesitate to call again, or recommend to anyone. Although I hope I never have a sewer problem again, I do hope to work with Horizon again.
The technician arrived on-time, was very pleasant, neat & knowledgeable about his business, he was also very observant & thorough. We called Horizon to come & clean out a stopped up shower drain, they were the least expensive & guaranteed their work. We had just had a plumber in the week before to unstop a toilet. The technician cleared the blockage & made some suggestions about our pipes & he also noticed that our water heater was 27 years old!! He explained what would happen should it break down, what a mess we would have. He gave us a price, I called around & got prices on the same piece of equipment, he was higher but I called his boss & he almost matched the lower price but for a small amount & installed it the next day. We are very happy with our new water heater & Horizon Services.
The entire job of replacing my root plugged sewer pipe was done professionally, from the sales/inspector, Peter, who diagnosed an additional problem that a competitive plumbing contractor did not see, to the performance of the installation itself. The 3 man crew was on time, knew what they were doing, and took care of the job & my lawn. When an unexpected problem came up due to weather conditions and the job lasted longer than expected, the crew was out inspecting the installation periodically until midnight, to make sure everything was OK. Horizon was not the cheapest contractor, but with their lifetime guarantee (on the house), I decided to use them. Based on their performance and commitment to doing the job right from start to finish, I am glad I chose them.
Outstanding service from everyone we encountered, from the women who set us up with an appointment to our outstanding technician. We had an emergency and same day service at a reasonable price is much appreciated. Roscoe did a GREAT job.
We hired Horizon to replace our sewer pipe, it was approximately 60 years old and collapsing. Over the course of 2 days we had Joe, Chris, Adam, and David at the house. What a great bunch of guys. Not only do they know their plumbing stuff, these gentleman took great care to treat our home with respect. These guy’s do hard dirty work and smile about it! When it came time to open up our basement floor the guy’s went “all out” to contain the dirt and dust. The entire pathway into and out of the basement was covered in drop cloths and tarps before they started any work inside.
Adam and Chris even constructed a plastic ” booth ” around the area in our basement to contain as much dirt as possible! When the job was complete our yard was amazingly well put back together and the inside of the house was very clean also! Thanks guy’s!
I wanted to share some feedback about recent work done to replace my water line feed to the supply source in our street. The technicians were extremely friendly and professional. They were meticulous in making certain that the work was done correctly, timely and “kept those blue booties on” to keep from tracking dirt on my carpet.
It is never a good time to have a water leak in your home, and the care that was taken to minimize damage to grass and landscaping was certainly appreciated. It was a long day for both of the technicians, but they did not complain and kept a smile on their face. Great Customer service attitudes, they should be awarded for their diligence.
This is exactly why I will not utilize any other company for my Plumbing repairs! (yes I am very pleased!)

On Christmas Eve, I found myself without hot water AND a sump pump. Needless to say it was not a fun week-end. Ryan, my Tech, could not have been more helpful. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and helpful. I thank Connie for helping me with financing. Everything was completed in one day. I signed up for the maintenance program at the same time. I had all ready planned to do this. Can’t thank EVERYONE enough for helping my through a rough situation. Highly recommend you!!!
