You guys are a life saver! Amazing response time to an emergency call. I called in at 10:30 am and by 11:30 I had a technician on his way. Jeff was the technician and he was polite, professional and punctual. He was a tremendous representation of your company. They came out on the same day I called, fixed our immediate problem and gave us several options for a complete fix. Excellent customer service.
Our basement drain backed up from the washing machine, and promptly a serviceman came and cleaned out the drain. A TV camera was put down the drain and I could see the root blockage caused by our front yard tree. An agreement was reached to have the sewer line replaced (it was over 50 years old) and a new one installed. This was done the next day. The workmen (Jim-Chris-Bob) were adapt and professional, installing the new sewer pipe and replacing the dug up soil to its natural state and adding grass seed and protection. My wife and I were most pleased with their efforts.
I needed to have my 50+ Orangeburg pipe sewer main replaced after a section of it failed.
The technicians Joe and Chris were promptly on the job as had been scheduled. They made all the necessary preparations with the Water Company and county sewer. They prepared the excavation area with heavy duty plastic tarp and plywood to protect the lawn and making a neat job when covering up the ditch upon completion!
They were very professional on this job and took pride in doing the job correctly and safely! There is a bit of finesse involved in doing this type of work so as not to create unnecessary damage and these gentlemen definitely have the skill and experience.
They did the work efficiently, timely, and with attention to detail, which of course is what the customer is expecting, but this doesn’t always happen.
When they completed the work they planted some grass seed and placed some gravel at the sidewalk and the rest of the surrounding area looked just as it did before the digging began!
Everything went very smoothly because of the perfectly laid out job!
