Kevin Eklund was very professional when he came to install a new water heater. He was able to reduce the amount by combining some features. Kevin made a suggestion about the need to have the water heater on its own electrical line and this was something that no one previously had recommended.
The last time we had our sewer clog we unfortunately let Roto Rooter scam us out of a heck of a lot of money. Never again though! even in a pinch Horizon was right there and had our sewer unclogged the same day! Their Technician Jason Arrived toward the beginning of the time window we were assigned and were greeted by his professionalism and friendly attitude from the moment he arrived to the moment he departed. This alone is a great sign of a good person if you consider the mess he had to deal with in our sewer! yuck! Add to that the thorough job he did in making sure everything was working correctly and you have the sign that made us realize that should the need arise Horizion will be getting more of our business in the future should the need arise for our sewer. Not to mention they are on our list to call should we have a plumbing or heating need as well.
All in all I would recommend this company and Jason personally to any friend and neighbor and even my mom. The service was more than I expected and the price at the time was about 70% of the roto scammer rooter ripoff company!
I also would like to note that the office staff were well above my expectations and were a huge part in my choice to hire horizons services.

As is normal, we had a busy Saturday night scheduled only to get home in the afternoon to a backed-up sewer line and over-flowing toilets. We called Horizon at about 5pm, Jeff arrived just after 7 and we were fixed by 7:30. The service was excellent and Jeff was professional, knowlegeable and very efficient. We will definitely use Horizon again if we have any plumbing problems.

Roscoe was great and even sent out a camera man out to insure the main sewer drain line was ok.
