For your safety concerns, all of our plumbers are required to wear uniforms and I.D. badges, so that you can easily identify them as a Horizon Services Inc. employees. This means all of our plumbers will wear shoe covers when they enter your home, and put down drop cloths wherever they are needed to make sure that your home stays clean.
Most people’s average work day is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. What if you experience a problem after 5 p.m.? If you live in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Delaware or Maryland, then you can call on the plumbers from Horizon Services, Inc. Our plumbers are available to serve you until 11 p.m. Monday through Friday. They are also available all day on Saturday and Sunday. If you have an emergency plumbing situation after hours, a manager is always on-call to assist you. We can provide you with plumbers who are more than willing to come to your aid at anytime.
Each of our company-issued trucks comes completely stocked with all the materials that are necessary to complete your plumbing service. We do not want to waste our valuable customer’s time by not having the proper equipment aboard. Every plumbing service we offer has a set price; we don’t charge by the amount of time it takes us to complete the job. Each customer will know up front what they will be charged before any work is started. We do not charge by the hour, like other plumbers.
